Question by : How do I stop from clenching my teeth and biting the inside of my cheeks during sleep?
I went to the dentist and he told me that the inside of my cheeks have lots of sores on them from probably clenching my teeth when I sleep. My jaw is also very sore. Is this a psycological problem? I do not want to wear a mouth guard because the inside of my cheeks are very sore. Anything else I can do?
